Structural Integration is typically experienced in the sequence of ten sessions known as 10-Series. The sessions systematically and progressively work through body's myofascia layers to release the restrictions and to integrate new, more efficient patterns of movement. Structural Integration practitioners taylor the sessions to every individual and use a range of methods to do their their work. There is, however, an underlying protocol that most follow. It outlines the goals and the objectives of the sessions. Recently I found this protocol published on Pinterest and thought that some of you may find it interesting.
I am passionate about my family and my practice. I enjoy outdoor activities, playing the piano, baking sourdough bread, picking berries and drinking wine.
