Welcome to the third update of my website.  For those of you who have followed my practice since 2003, you will notice that it has been an evolution.  Gravity Therapy started as a vision while studying Rolf Structural Integration with the most inspiring teacher Pamela O'Conner in Boulder, Colorado.  It is a joy to look back, with sometimes a sense of disbelief, and see what it is today: a thriving practice bringing Rolf Structural Integration into the Kootenays.

Gravity Therapy moved three times both physically and virtually.  Physically it started in Boulder, CO, then moved to South Is. NZ, and for the past 5 years it has settled in Nelson, BC in Canada.  Virtually it is on the third platform and will hopefully live here for some time.  I changed and modified GravityTherapy.com over the years with intentions of making it simple and informative. In the website pages I tried to describe Rolf Structural Integration experience as a manual therapy.  Over the years I realized, that is almost impossible to capture the personal experience of individuals as they begin their journey of healing.  The best I can do is offer their quotes, which you can read on the "Quotes" page. Some of the additions in this new website that I am eager to share with you are:
  • Updated text and photos - intended to show and describe what I do and what my practice looks like
  • Gravity Therapy Brochure - you can download it in pdf. format from the "About" page. You can then either print it (if you print it, then it is intended to be folded into three parts), or just read it online and save the trees.
  • Google map - showing the location of my practice in Nelson, BC on the "Appointments" page
  • In addition to client quotes  I added medical and scientific endorsements to present what some medical doctors and scientists have to say about Rolf Structural Integration.  This is found on the "Quotes" page
  • Blog - This, I hope, will be a new way to communicate with you directly and pass on useful and interesting information.  I will be posting blog updates on the "Gravity Therapy" facebook page that I invite you to join.
Thank you for visiting GravityTherapy.com and I hope you visit again. Aga

The main idea about how gravity can be enlisted for resolution of chronic pain and stress as well as improved performance in all human endeavors is what attracted me to Rolf Structural Integration. And, continues to inspire me. "Gravity Therapy" gets the word out. Best wishes.
